Extremely disappointed with X Milano!
I had ordered two suits (Order#209540), from X Milano, one extra-large and the other medium-sized. However, when I received my order yesterday, I was surprised to find that both suits were extra-large, instead of one being medium-sized as requested.
Despite my attempts to contact X Milano via calls and email, I haven’t received any response. This is extremely unprofessional, especially since I had placed the order for my brother.
I’m disappointed that my brother won’t receive his Eid suit on time. Given my experience, I would advise others to avoid ordering from X Milano during this festive season to save their money.
