Sastaticket.pk booked a ticket on sastaticket which I had to cancel due to visa problem. My ticket was refundable. I cancelled my ticket on the 10th March Monday. Sastaticket has advertised on their app that refund is issued within 48 hours(a screenshot attached) but when I asked them to refund my ticket, they gave me different timelines from 7 to 10 days and in one msg even up to 25 days for refund. How fair is that? If they cannot refund within 48 hours, then why have they mentioned it in their app.? Very unprofessional and misleading. Through this noble forum of VOC I request higher authorities in the static ticket to plz look into this and issue refund asap.
